Medical Education Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our medical education and marketing projects. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing projects that align with our business objectives.
Key responsibilities will include managing project scope, timelines, and budgets, as well as coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and coordinate medical education and marketing projects from inception to delivery
- Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project outcomes
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including medical professionals, clients, and service providers
- Coordinate the development and implementation of project plans, including project schedules, resource allocation, and risk management
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet business objectives
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or communications
- Proven project management experience, preferably in a medical education or marketing context
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project
