Job Title: IT Team Lead Position

We are seeking a motivated IT Team Lead to join our international, family-owned design company. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and oversee our IT teams, align IT initiatives, provide technical support, and promote collaboration across our diverse locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership:
    • Direct and manage IT team
    • Foster the professional development and training of IT personnel
  • Technical Support and Operations:
    • Provide hands-on technical support to company colleagues as needed.
    • Ensure optimal performance of all IT systems, applications, and networks
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Collaborate with various business units to understand and address IT requirements.
    • Act as the primary IT point of contact for business-related projects
  • Vendor Relations:
    • Establish and nurture relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
    • Oversee contract negotiations to ensure value and quality
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Stay updated on technology trends to maintain our company's competitiveness
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in SQL databases, Windows servers, and Windows clients
  • A minimum of 2-4 years' experience as an IT manager
  • Ability to work independently and take the lead in the IT domain
  • Strong organizational skills for managing business processes, contracts, and partnerships
  • Willingness to provide 'hands-on' support for operations and projects
  • Fluent in English, both in writing and speech
