**Job Summary**

In this role, you will be responsible for developing the Kiddylicious brand worldwide in line with the company's growth strategy. As the brand owner at a global level, you will initiate and develop assets to build the brand's memory structure.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Based in Baar, Switzerland, you will build strong working relationships with the brand's home base in the UK, focusing on gaining an in-depth understanding of the origin and DNA of the brand.
  • You will lead the Kiddylicious innovation team and be responsible for developing the innovation strategy for the brand.
  • You will take the lead in facilitating a single-minded view on the Kiddylicious brand across the entire organization, ensuring that all communication tools (with a focus on in-store and digital media) are available for colleagues in countries to fuel the growth of Kiddylicious.
  • You will champion growth in line with the Kiddylicious Growth Model, focusing on distribution & visibility, range, innovation, price and promo, e-comm and media.
  • You will set up regular sessions with different focus-markets and work closely with local teams to stimulate a passion for the brand, resulting in strong launch plans for new markets and successful activation strategies in existing markets. As mentioned, your role also includes creating the tools and toolboxes for this objective.

**Requirements**

  • You have a relevant academic background in the form of a Master's degree in a business-focused field. Any additions in marketing are considered a plus.
  • You have a personal affinity with healthy snacking, allowing you to bring passion and commitment for the products to the table. This passion is strengthened by your skills in bringing ideas to life and ability to build trust and confidence within your stakeholders.
  • You combine a hands-on attitude with a curiosity to learn with the talent to think strategically and drive results on both short and long-term.
  • You feel at ease in a multicultural and quickly changing environment, where you are able to collaborate and communicate on all levels. Fluency in English is a must.
