Key Responsibilities- Present investment opportunities and articulate the value proposition of our private equity offerings to potential investors.
- Facilitate investment discussions, answer inquiries, and address investor concerns during the capital raising process.
- Build and maintain relationships with high net worth individuals and single family offices to cultivate a strong client base.
- Collaborate with multi-family offices, asset managers, and other intermediaries to develop partnerships and distribution channels to expand our investor base.
- Track sales performance, pipeline, and conversion rates, and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract potential investors, utilizing digital channels, events, and personalized communication.
- Plan and coordinate investor events, conferences, and seminars to build relationships and showcase investment opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of investor interactions in our CRM system and use CRM data to enhance investor engagement strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics, and provide insights to guide our sales and marketing strategies.
- 5 – 10 years of work experience in sales and capital raising, preferably in the private equity or alternative investment industry.
- Proven track record in capital raising, with a strong network of investor contacts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a results-driven mindset and a focus on exceeding targets.
- A highly diverse and dynamic environment with joint teams spanning from Europe to Asia.
