About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and management of our hybrid / power products for mobile networks and cellphone tower applications. This is a challenging role that requires strong technical expertise and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate and collaborate with global mobile network operators on customized roll-outs
  • Consult with internal and external customers on electrical and fiber optic dimensioning of mobile network cells / towers
  • Transfer market demands into specifications for new products and services
  • Initiate, collaborate and monitor product development initiatives
  • Carry out market research and competitor analyses independently and convert them into business cases
  • Initiate product developments, develop the product offering and carry out worldwide product launches
  • Ensure the required efficacy and efficiency of the portfolio through the product life cycle
  • Lead product-focused sales promotion initiatives in sales organizations, at customer sites and exhibitions
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager with a strong background in electrical engineering or a related field. The ideal candidate will have professional experience as a Product Manager and knowledge of fiber optics and mobile network applications. Good communication skills, self-discipline and a structured approach are essential for this role.
