Your tasks

We are seeking a skilled Application Engineer to provide technical support and lead customer-specific development projects for our high-frequency products. As a key interface between external and internal stakeholders, you will collaborate with our technical experts, purchasing teams, and global sales organization to deliver excellent results.

  • Lead customer-specific development projects to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Provide technical support and training for our radio-frequency and microwave products, both at customer offices and within our global organization.
  • Support our global sales organization with commercial solutions and provide feedback into R&D and product management.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and technologies to drive future product developments.
  • Participate in global travel activities up to 20-30% of the time.

Your profile

  • hold a technical degree, preferably in electrical engineering or communications engineering.
  • Have knowledge of high-frequency technology, which is desirable.
  • Possess several years of professional experience in a technical environment, ideally in development or product management (hardware).
  • Have experience in a customer-facing role, which is an advantage.
  • Be a strong communicator with excellent team player skills and be open to an international working environment.
  • Be fluent in English, and knowledge of German is an advantage.
