**Product Manager**:
**M/F/d** | **Herisau (AR)** | **80-100%** | **Unlimited***

**Your tasks**:

- In this challenging role your key responsibilities are the following:
- Initiate, collaborate and advise global mobile network operators on their customized roll-outs
- Consulting for internal and external customers regarding electrical and fiber optic dimensioning of mobile network cells / towers
- Transfer market
- or customer demands into specifications for new products and services
- Initiate, collaborate and monitor product development initiatives
- Carry out market research and competitor analyses independently and convert them into business cases
- Initiate product developments, develop the product offering and carry out the worldwide product launches
- You are responsible for the product life cycle of the product range assigned to you to ensure the required efficacy and efficiency of the portfolio
- In close collaboration with market management you lead product focused sales promotion initiatives in sales organizations, at customer sites and exhibitions

**Your profile**:
Furthermore, we are looking for the following profile:
- Technical background and education in business management (e.g. advanced technical college or university), ideally electrical engineering
- Electrical know-how for the dimensioning of power lines for mobile radio towers prefered
- Professional experience as a Product Manager
- Good communication skills, self-disciplined and structured
- Strong "can do" attitude
- Willingness to travel abroad (up to 10% of working time)
