Job Overview

We are seeking a Corporate Sustainability Reporting Manager to join our team at HUBER+SUHNER. The successful candidate will be responsible for advancing our sustainability reporting aligned with the requirements of the CSRD.

About You

The ideal candidate will have a degree in business administration, controlling/finance, law, or sustainability and experience and knowledge of relevant reporting standards and international frameworks (TCFD; GRI; CSRD). They will also possess strong analytical skills and be proficient with MS Office, particularly Excel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Management of the sustainability reporting process, including preparation of the annual sustainability report
  • Keep up-to-date with evolving sustainability reporting standards and best practice
  • Respond to data queries from internal and external stakeholders
  • Oversight of the data collection process
  • Ensure compliance with external auditing requirements
  • Establish relevant metrics, support performance monitoring, and recommend adjustments as required

Salary and Benefits
