Global Operations Support Specialist

About the Role
GMS is the AI-driven communications solutions partner for Mobile Network Operators and enterprises globally. Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of consultancy agreements, including initiation, review, coordination of signing, renewing, and terminating contracts and additional agreements.
- Review, verify, and process consultants' invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual terms.
- Address and resolve consultants' queries related to agreements, payments, or other issues.
- Administer out-of-service days and track consultants' availability and service periods.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Ensure the smooth onboarding and offboarding process for consultants globally.
What We Expect
- 2+ years of experience in HR role preferably with international teams.
- Experience in contract management.
- Prior experience working with contractors or consultants in a global context is an advantage.
- Advanced user of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint).
- Fluent Ukrainian, Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.
- Strong organizational and self-management skills. Ability to manage time effectively in a remote-first, global work environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
