About the Role

GMS is the AI-driven communications solutions partner for Mobile Network Operators and enterprises globally. Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of consultancy agreements, including initiation, review, coordination of signing, renewing, and terminating contracts and additional agreements.
  • Review, verify, and process consultants' invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual terms.
  • Address and resolve consultants' queries related to agreements, payments, or other issues.
  • Administer out-of-service days and track consultants' availability and service periods.
  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Ensure the smooth onboarding and offboarding process for consultants globally.

What We Expect

  • 2+ years of experience in HR role preferably with international teams.
  • Experience in contract management.
  • Prior experience working with contractors or consultants in a global context is an advantage.
  • Advanced user of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint).
  • Fluent Ukrainian, Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.
  • Strong organizational and self-management skills. Ability to manage time effectively in a remote-first, global work environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
