**Job Title:** Global Financial Strategist


At VESPER AG, we are looking for a highly skilled global financial strategist to oversee the financial reporting, accounting, and regulatory compliance of our international group of companies. This includes VESPER, The Polymer Alliance, TOMFROST, and Intended Foods. The successful candidate will ensure that all group companies maintain their financial health and adhere to internal controls and external legal requirements.


The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field and a minimum of 8 years of international financial controlling experience in a senior role. Experience working in or overseeing financial operations in multiple countries is highly beneficial. The candidate should be proficient in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and financial reporting software.


The successful candidate will lead the financial side of the business, which includes processing, recycling, trading, and shipping of rubber polymer materials, carbon black, tire factory scrap, and frozen foods globally. Additionally, they will lead the execution of the strategy around greenfield and financial integration of acquisitions.


The key responsibilities of the global financial strategist include translating strategic group goals into measurable key performance indicators (KPIs), developing an annual financial budget process, and managing liquidity and banking relationships. The successful candidate will also provide financial insights and analysis to support the CEO, management, and project teams in making informed decisions.
