Job Description Summary
The purpose of the Operations Support Supervisor role is to manage the connection between the Flight Department Team and external service providers, ensuring robust supervision of flight planning functions, and administrative duties.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervising the external service provider in flight preparation, planning, support, and in-flight monitoring to ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency.
- Mediating as the critical link between the flight crew, internal departments, external vendors, and booking agents.
- Coordinating with booking agents and certifying the proper processing of all flight requests via designated booking tools.
- Collaborating with the Aviation Compliance Manager to conduct regular audits with the external service provider.
- Managing administrative duties like invoice management to ensure seamless financial transactions.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in aviation operations, preferably in OPS planning and ground operations management.
- Flight Dispatch License (preferred).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in supervisory roles.
- Administrative management skills, particularly in invoice management and cost control.
