The Opportunity

We're seeking a strategic and results-driven leader to shape the future of consumer engagement at Nespresso.

As a Global Digital Marketing Activation Lead, you'll lead the development of high-impact digital strategies enhancing engagement, driving conversion, and building long-term consumer relationships.

You'll act as the strategic lead for cross-channel initiatives, collaborating with regional teams, HQ stakeholders, and agency partners to ensure digital marketing activations align with business priorities.

Your Skills and Experience

We're looking for someone with:

  • At least 10 years of experience in digital marketing, performance media, and CRM-driven consumer engagement.
  • Strong expertise in digital media platforms, omnichannel marketing, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience leading D2C digital commerce, eRetail, and integrated CRM digital marketing strategies.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with and influence senior stakeholders, driving cross-functional alignment.
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in measuring campaign impact and optimizing marketing investments.
