As a “
**Global Digital Analytics Manager**”, you will be responsible for defining and executing the Global Digital Analytics strategy. You will be accountable for internal and global stakeholders' partnership management. You will define and coordinate the execution of the Global Digital Analytics Solutions & Platforms Strategy. You will contribute to the Global Data Literacy program supporting Nespresso community to have ability to read, write and communicate digital data in context, access data easily and use data effectively to achieve ambitious growth targets.

**A Day in the Life of a Global Digital Analytics Manager**
- Manage partnership with external providers and internal teams to discover opportunities, increase brand awareness and support building Nespresso’s brand trust.
- Work with Analytics Innovation to support winning market share and drive digital conversion funnel improvements to achieve business objectives.
- Be the guardian of Digital Data Reliability & Compliance constantly monitoring and improving data quality in adherence with legal and data protection requirements.
- Evolve the Global Digital Analytics Training Platform to offer differentiated, progressive, and self-service educational programs for all stakeholders across the global organization, including senior management, in both HQ and Markets.

**What will make you successful**
- Master's degree in business administration, Information/Data Science, Informatics, computer science, economics or related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in managing Digital Analytics solutions & Data literacy/training plans (in presence and at distance) and related communication strategy in global matrix organizations.
- Fluent in common data-related business and technology practices; firm understanding of Data and Analytical trends and applied knowledge; understanding of Data Management, Data Governance, and Analytics background a plus.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Digital data solutions (e.g., Web Analytics, Media Analytics, Marketing Technology, etc.) applied to direct-to-consumer sectors.
- Experience and Participation in a digital transformation program is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority in a diverse, global team, within and across functions and with senior management.
- Demonstrated project management and project leadership skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence others to achieve objectives.
- Fluent in English mandatory / French is a plus.
