**Position Summary**:
**A day in the life of a Nestlé YEP Community Manager**:

- Create and grow a community of Young Entrepreneurs and turn them into advocates, as well as a network of internal and partners in order to maximize engagement (e.g. Startup ecosystem)
- Manage and ensure timely content updates of Nestlé YEP to ensure the website is always up to date, working closely with different Nestlé entities
- Lead the implementation of SEO technical optimizations to ensure excellent organic performance and growth of Nestlé YEP
- Analyze and continuously improve the performance of the Nestlé YEP website and campaigns leveraging analytics and UX web tools

**What will make you successful**:

- University degree in Communications or Marketing or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in digital communications or marketing
- Professional experience in FMCG industry, digital agency or as an influencer is a plus
- Operational experience with web CMS
- Passion for purpose-driven innovation and related experience is a strong asset.
- Successful experience in SEO and web analytics
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and projects with timely delivery and drive
- Highly organized and structured, high attention to detail, supportive, reliable and team player
- Fluent in English, any other language is a plus
