Le Verbier Festival est un festival de musique classique qui promeut et développe la rencontre et le partage entre de grands musiciens et de jeunes artistes en devenir du monde entier. À travers ses différents programmes pédagogiques, le festival s’engage pour l’excellence de l’enseignement musical à travers sa très respectée Academy. Le public est invité à vivre une expérience unique et conviviale au cœur des Alpes suisses, au fil de concerts prestigieux, de Rencontres Inédites et d’un grand nombre d’activités de médiation culturelle.

La Fondation du Verbier Festival recherche:

un·e Digital Marketing Manager (100%)

Sous la responsabilité de la Direction Marketing & Communication de la Fondation du Verbier Festival, cette fonction consiste à l’élaboration de la stratégie digitale pour promouvoir le Festival, en particulier sa billetterie, et assurer la conduite opérationnelle de toutes ces actions on-line de communication du Festival.

ACTIVITÉS PRINCIPALES

Social media and community management

  1. Collaborer avec l’équipe de communication pour le calendrier éditorial et mise en ligne sur les réseaux sociaux
  2. Assurer le community management pour les différents réseaux (création, publication, analyse des posts)
  3. Déployer les campagnes d’acquisition (paid et organique)
  4. Assurer la cohérence de tous les supports numériques
  5. Développer une stratégie de communication digitale

CRM et marketing digital

  1. Créer le contenu des newsletters pour les différentes entités du Festival
  2. Assurer les envois des newsletters
  3. Travailler avec le data application manager pour garantir la confidentialité des données

Website

  1. Management du site verbierfestival.com
  2. Effectuer les mises à jour techniques nécessaires avec les prestataires du site
  3. Maintenir le site à jour au niveau des contenus
  4. Optimiser l'expérience utilisateur du site
  5. Mettre en place une stratégie de SEO pour le site

Autres fonctions

  1. Suivi et reporting des actions commerciales, suivi et interprétation des indicateurs clés: statistiques, tableaux de bord, audiences, ROI, etc.
  2. Veille et maintenance de la boîte [emailprotected]

PROFIL SOUHAITÉ

  1. Minimum 4 ans d’expérience professionnelle prouvée en digital Community manager
  2. Langue maternelle anglaise ou expérience dans la rédaction en anglais avérée
  3. Connaissance en musique classique, formation musicale nécessaire pour le poste
  4. Maitrise de Wordpress, les réseaux sociaux: Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin et X
  5. Connaissance des outils de gestion de réseaux sociaux: MetaBusiness, Google Analytics
  6. Autonome, proactif et faisant preuve d’esprit d’équipe
  7. Précision et sens du détail
  8. Dynamique, organisé et force de proposition
  9. Bonne gestion du stress face aux imprévus
