About the Role

The Research Executive will play a key role in supporting the client service team during the project cycle, working closely with other team members and vendors to ensure successful project execution.

Main Responsibilities
  • Project Support: Collaborate with the client service team to deliver high-quality projects, from questionnaire development to report delivery.
  • Client Interface: Contribute to client meetings and interact with clients on project-related matters under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors, manage, and monitor fieldwork to ensure timely and accurate data collection.
  • Project Setup: Set up market research projects on the online platform, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze quantitative data and contribute to the development of reports and presentations.
  • Visualization: Collaborate with the team to create engaging visualizations of research results in reports and presentations.
Desired Qualifications, Skills, and Experiences
  • Education: University degree in marketing, market research, management, social sciences, communication sciences, data science, or a related field.
  • Experience: First experience in market research is an advantage for a Research Executive.
  • Project Management: Accountable for internal project management, including managing schedules and workflows, of defined market research projects.
  • Collaboration and Adaptability: Highly collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to work efficiently in a team.
  • Task Management: Ability to juggle numerous tasks at once.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, numerical, and analytical skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with colleagues and stakeholders across the organization.
  • Language Skills: Native in (Swiss-) German language and excellent English skills; other languages are an advantage.
  • Technical Skills: Strong PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills.
