Executive Waiter

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Waiter to join our team at the Mandarin Oriental Palace Luzern. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a seamless dining experience.

• Provide expert guidance and support to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Deliver impeccable service, including serving food and beverages with precision and attention to detail.
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu and wine list, making recommendations to guests as needed.
• Ensure the smooth operation of your station, adhering to our high standards of quality and service.
• Prepare and maintain the necessary mise en place to ensure efficient service.
• Support the restaurant manager in managing daily operations and ensuring the highest level of service.

• A completed education in the hospitality industry, preferably with 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in computer systems, including knowledge of Infrasys and SevenRooms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle guest complaints and feedback.
• A high level of engagement, with a structured and results-driven approach to work.
