Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Support Specialist to provide high-level administrative and strategic support to our leadership team at Swisslinx. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring thorough preparation and follow-up for all engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate executive schedules, including travel arrangements and meeting preparations
  • Provide administrative support, including communications, planning, and data management
  • Conduct research and contribute to strategic internal initiatives
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Completed commercial education or similar qualifications
  • Additional training as an Executive Assistant, ideally with a recognized certification
  • 5-8 years supporting C-level executives, preferably within professional services sectors
  • Excellent written and spoken German, with a strong command of English
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, with a focus on SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Proactive mindset with a high level of responsibility, autonomy, and efficiency in task management
  • Strong commitment to confidentiality and a well-organized work style
