L'entreprise JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS cherche un Commercial Manager pour renforcer son équipe dans le canton de Neuchâtel, Genève ou Vaud.

Tu seras responsable de l'expansion de l'acceptance de la carte de crédit American Express en Suisse Romande et tu entretiens le contact avec les clients existants pour garantir une fidélisation maximale de la clientèle.

Tu as également la responsabilité d'acquérir de nouveaux partenaires contractuels afin de favoriser l'extension du réseau de points d'acceptation dans ta région.

Tes missions principales

  • Réaliser l'expansion de l'acceptance de la carte de crédit American Express en Suisse Romande.
  • Autoriser l'acquisition de commerçants stationnaires et augmenter l'acceptation des cartes en ligne.
  • Établir et promouvoir la marque « American Express » dans les points de vente.
  • Gérer le chiffre d'affaires et le rendement de ton portefeuille.

Competences requises

  • Forte capacité commerciale et relationnelle.
  • Bonne connaissance de la langue française et du marché suisse romand.
  • Excellentes compétences en matière de gestion et de développement des relations avec les clients et les partenaires.
