We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Front Office Agent to join our team at La Réserve Eden au Lac Zurich. In this role, you will work closely with our sales team to deliver exceptional customer service, analyse data to inform business decisions, and ensure seamless operational processes.

• Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to queries, providing solutions, and managing customer expectations.
• Analyse and present statistical data on reservation trends, transfer connections, yield, and seasonal variations to inform business decisions.
• Evaluate and respond to customer inquiries regarding ad-hoc shipments, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
• Effectively manage allotments and pre-bookings, communicating regularly with customers to meet their needs.
• Prepare and update import and departure records, keeping customers informed about post-flight status.
• Make informed decisions when accepting reservations, considering various factors to achieve optimal yield.
• Guarantee accurate Contract Rate filing, rate sheet management, and information visibility within the team.
• Support the sales team in CRM maintenance, customer communications, and event management to enhance customer relationships.
• Prepare and submit commercial reports to identify business opportunities, trends, and threats, supporting the sales team in data preparation.
• Respond promptly to customer complaints, taking corrective action to maintain high service standards.
