Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our kitchen team in all daily kitchen tasks for all food and beverage outlets. This will include assisting in the production of mise en place, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene, and working effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the kitchen team in all daily kitchen tasks, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences;
  2. Assist in the preparation and presentation of dishes, paying attention to detail and quality;
  3. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations;
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and objectives;
Requirements
  • Enrolled as a student in a Swiss hotel management school;
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays;
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
  • Prior experience in a similar role or kitchen environment is desirable;
