About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Office Support Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing exceptional support to our employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including handling post, emails, and phone calls
  • Provide a warm and welcoming reception experience for our guests
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding of new employees
  • Assist with the organization of customer and company events
Requirements
  • Completed basic training (e.g. commercial training or similar)
  • At least 1-2 years of professional experience in a comparable position in a service-oriented environment
  • Genuine and communicative individual with excellent German language skills
  • Good English skills are a plus
  • Organisational flair, service-oriented, and stress-resistant
  • Proficient in using MS Office programs
