Job Title: Accounting and Office Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting and Office Management Specialist to join our team at Implement Consulting Group. As a key member of our financial department, you will be responsible for managing various financial tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including processing invoices and payments
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting, including analyzing financial data and making recommendations
  • Provide administrative support to the financial team, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Develop and implement processes to improve financial efficiency and accuracy
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting and office management
  • Strong knowledge of financial software and systems
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
