Velocity is a leading boutique fitness studio seeking a highly motivated and organized Studio Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of one of our studio locations.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness and hospitality, with excellent communication and leadership skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for fostering a positive and engaging ride culture, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead the overall operations of the studio, including customer service, sales, and marketing.
  • Co-ordinate the studio's customer service, including managing the front desk, setting up classes, and resolving customer issues.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the studio and its services.
Requirements
  • Passion for fitness and hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
