Senior Technical Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Senior Technical Support Professional to join our team at SELISE Digital Platforms.
Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to take on a challenging role in providing technical support to our customers. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues, escalating complex problems, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Initial Contact and Issue Resolution: Respond to customer inquiries, diagnose technical issues, and provide effective solutions to resolve customer problems.
- Ticket Management: Create and manage tickets to track customer issues, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up communication.
- Problem-Solving and Escalation: Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues, and escalate cases requiring deeper technical expertise to internal teams.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other teams, including development, engineering, and product teams, to ensure seamless issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Training and Development: Invest time in training to stay up-to-date with software used by clients, enhancing your knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional support.
- Quality Assurance: Comply with standard procedures for proper delegation of unsolvable issues to internal teams, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
- Education: Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Skills and Knowledge: Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, strong technical understanding, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Salary: The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
