Technical Customer Support Specialist for Philips

This role is focused on delivering exceptional customer support and care across the globe. You will be responsible for providing timely assistance to customers through various channels, including online resources, communities, and one-on-one interactions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to over 200 customers for a range of Patient Care / Cardiology Informatics products in assigned regions.
- Analyze break/fix issues with empathy and urgency to deliver effective solutions.
- Resolve complex product issues according to standard processes and procedures.
- Ensure critical cases are escalated promptly to senior staff members for attention.
- Maintain high technical competence on Philips solutions and related technologies.
- Previous experience working directly with customers in a support environment.
- Software support experience.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Pleasant demeanor and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Relevant degree in computer science or related technology.
- Familiarity with databases and Microsoft SQL Server.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
