Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our Insulation & Components team at HITACHI ENERGY LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our global customers in the electrical industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers worldwide on our high voltage transformer bushings.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Conduct root cause analysis investigations to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver training sessions to customers, sales specialists, and internal teams on our products and services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong track record of building and maintaining relationships.
  • Excellent technical knowledge of power grids, energy systems, and high voltage technology.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and German, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
