Your Key Responsibilities:- Commissioning of equipment including operational and maintenance training
- Respond to emergency breakdowns for warranty and service contract work
- Regular reporting to the EMEA Team Leader on relevant issues and PDR objectives
- Providing detailed visit reports for each customer visit
- Authorizing system 'buy-off' prior to shipment
- Liaising with technical support and systems engineering on system problems
- Liaising with Sales Team to provide useful background information
- Maintaining accurate records of system status, timing of warranty, parts supplied and service contracts
- Formal Electronic qualification
- Substantial relevant experience and training
- Ability to interpret Electrical and Mechanical drawings
- Good PC / PLC experience preferred
- Experience of Semi-Conductor or closely related high-Tech Electronic industry
- Fluent German and English speaker
- Driving licence
- Prepared to travel worldwide
