Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and promptly, understanding and catering to the unique needs of luxury clientele. Offer personalized styling advice and product knowledge, building long-term relationships with clients and following up on past purchases.

Handle Customer Complaints: Address customer complaints and returns professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.

Sales: Drive sales by understanding current jewelry trends and what appeals to the target clientele. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of stones, jewelry, and the store's product line, designers, and unique selling points.

Store Operations: Ensure merchandise is safely displayed, and the store is well-maintained. Restock items as needed, maintain inventory accuracy, and process purchases, returns, and exchanges using the store's point-of-sale system.

Merchandising: Assist in visual merchandising, setting up displays, and organizing store layout. Collaborate with management and team members to maintain store aesthetics in line with brand standards.

Personal Development: Attend workshops, training, and jewelry events to stay updated with the latest trends and brands in luxury fashion. Continually enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.

Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in Luxury Retail Management. Excellent English skills, verbal and written. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, passion for fashion, trends, and luxury brands. Professional appearance and demeanor. Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.

Competencies: Customer-centric mindset, excellent sales and negotiation skills, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team environment.
