Job Title: Sales Associate

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Associate to join our team at Eram Talent. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of store appearance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and offer personalized styling advice and product knowledge.
  • Sales: Drive sales by understanding current jewelry trends and what appeals to our target clientele.
  • Store Operations: Ensure merchandise is safely displayed, restock items as needed, and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Merchandising: Assist in visual merchandising, setting up displays, and organizing store layout.
  • Personal Development: Attend workshops, training, and jewelry events to stay updated with the latest trends and brands in luxury fashion.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Luxury Retail Management.
  • Skills: Excellent English verbal and written skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, passion for fashion, trends, and luxury brands.
  • Competencies: Customer-centric mindset, excellent sales and negotiation skills, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, attention to detail, ability to work in a team environment.
