Store Director

At SIDLER SA, we are seeking a highly skilled Store Director to lead our luxury brand retail team in Bern. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of motivating and developing staff, with a strong focus on customer relationship management and development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement
- Lead a team of 5 resources to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in retail management, with a focus on luxury brands
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Fluency in English and German, with excellent customer service skills
- Passion for luxury brands and customer experience
