Enterprise Sales Director for Geospatial Solutions

Are you a seasoned sales professional looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Enterprise Account Executive at FINDERS SA, a dynamic Swiss tech start-up specializing in geospatial data analysis.

We are seeking a talented individual with a strong track record in consultative sales, experience in managing complex deals exceeding $1 million, and a deep understanding of the SaaS industry. As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a key role in developing strategic enterprise accounts across the globe, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to craft tailored technical and financial proposals.

The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, be fluent in English, and have experience in demanding industries such as mining, intelligence (in a broad sense), or soft commodities trading. You should also be familiar with the geospatial sector and have a proven success in managing Business Developers, providing strategic and operational leadership to their teams.

In return, we offer a competitive salary package (with 10% on closed deals as part of the bonus) and a relocation package is available if you agree to work on-site at our HQ; otherwise, a hybrid remote work arrangement can be negotiated. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments, builds strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, and successfully leads ambitious sales projects.

We estimate the salary range for this position to be between $120,000 and $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
