Job Description

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team at Coloplast AG. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets in your assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including healthcare professionals and decision-makers
  • Provide product training and support to customers, including demonstrations and hands-on training
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the wound care market and our products
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Paramedical degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven sales experience in the medical device industry, preferably in wound care
  • Strong understanding of the wound care market and our products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in French and German, with proficiency in English and Italian an asset
