General Manager, European Operations

We are seeking an experienced sales and profit-and-loss (P&L) leader to manage our operations in the European region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results in a multi-country environment and will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement business strategies for BRP in European Dealer Direct Markets
- Manage European Dealer Direct P&L and achieve territory objectives through leadership of the territory and management of the team
- Provide clear priorities and work direction to direct or indirect teams, ensuring alignment with business priorities and BRP Values
- Lead, mobilize, and develop a high-performing team, managing performance and development
- Oversee risk management of the region and ensure strict respect of internal policies
- Ensure optimal network coverage in the region, development of new dealers, and growth within existing markets
- Nurture strong relationships with partners, both internally and externally
- 15+ years of commercial experience in automotive, powersports, 2 wheels, or retail environment in a multi-country region in Europe
- Proven expertise in managing a P&L with a strong retail focus and experience in managing and developing a network in a highly matrixed environment
- Proven track record of delivering on expectations
- Ability to develop a strong strategic plan and actions to deliver it
- English fluent, French and/or another European language is a strong asset
- Demonstrate keen business instincts, business acumen, and strategic thinking
- Ability to navigate through complexity to create the future, capacity to thrive under pressure, and handle ambiguity
- Go-getter and entrepreneurial mindset that thinks outside the box while taking full accountability for end results in a matrix environment
- Strong inspirational leader that lifts people up and creates a nurturing environment that enables our people to find their greatness
