Sales and P&L Leader for European Region

We are seeking a seasoned sales and P&L leader to manage our European operations, driving growth and team performance.
Europe is a key region for BRP, covering several dealer direct markets. As a key contributor to our International Division, you will develop and implement business strategies to achieve our objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing the business strategy for BRP in European Dealer Direct Markets
- Managing European Dealer Direct P&L and achieving wholesale, retail, PA&A, Network Development, and market share objectives
- Providing clear priorities and work direction to direct or indirect teams, ensuring alignment with business priorities and BRP Values
- Overseeing risk management of the region and ensuring strict respect of internal policies
- Ensuring optimal Network coverage in the region, development of new dealers, and growth within existing markets
You will thrive in this role if you have:
- 15+ years of commercial experience in automotive, powersports, 2 wheels, or retail environments in a multi-country region in Europe
- Proven expertise in managing a P&L with a strong retail focus and experience in managing and developing a network in a highly matricial environment
- Ability to develop a strong strategic plan and actions to deliver it
- English fluency, with French and/or another European language being a strong asset
This position is based in Lausanne, Switzerland, and requires a commitment to travel. You will work closely with international and regional management teams, as well as global stakeholders, to align processes and create a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
