Technical Sales Specialist for Photonic Integrated Circuits

We utilize our All-Nitride (AN) technology to empower our customers to develop products within the Industrial Revolution 4.0 framework.

Job Responsibilities

  • Customer Interface
  • Translate customer needs into practical solutions.
  • Collaborate with customers, prospects, and project partners to define Statements of Work (SoW).
  • Provide comprehensive technical support throughout the sales cycle, from pre-sales to after-sales.
  • Manage the sales pipeline in CRM and achieve sales targets.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including engineering and R&D, to develop customized solutions for clients.
  • Contribute to the marketing strategy through content creation and activities (e.g., talks, application notes, press releases, webinars).
  • Analyze market trends and requirements.

Requirements

  • Highly customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset.
  • At least 3 years of experience in integrated optics or a PhD in integrated optics.
  • Industry experience of 3+ years in technical sales, application engineering, or a similar role is preferred.
  • A proven track record of meeting sales targets in a technical environment.
  • Prior customer interaction experience.
  • Ability to translate customer needs into clear specifications.
  • Hands-on experience with integrated photonics software tools is a plus.
  • Excellent technical problem-solving skills.
  • Open-minded, communicative, critical, and innovative.
  • Flexible in working on diverse tasks and with various teams.
  • Proficiency in English.
