- Build strong, long-term relationships with our partners, providing onboarding, training, and support.
- Convert and retain all Legal Aged Smokers (LAS) retailers/partners and their LAS employees.
- Define individual territory action plans, visiting, calling, or conducting other activities based on mission and analysis of Point of Sales & Retailer performance.
- Participate in shopping malls, fairs, and events.
- Perform requested activities based on action plans or pilot projects, follow up on performance, and provide actionable reports to improve brand execution.
- Conduct territory analysis with your Area Manager.
- Share feedback and methodologies with project owners, peers, and line managers to improve ways of working and enhance collaboration across departments.
- Relevant work experience in Sales, minimum 2 years.
- Strong analytical mindset, critical thinking, and territory/account management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High priority setting and planning capacities with the ability to react quickly and effectively.
- Organization savviness with the ability to connect with business goals and opportunities at different levels.
- Able to work as one team, see value in collaboration.
- Proficiency in English, Italian, French is a plus.
- Driving license, minimum 2 years seniority.
