We are looking for a dynamic professional with an engineering background that will drive sales enablement globally. What you will do
Working hand-in-hand with your commercial and marketing colleagues, you will help drive demand for both existing and prospective customers.
You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by ensuring the commercial team achieves transformative business outcomes. You will work with top engineering companies across the globe and be a proud ambassador of our cutting-edge technology.
**Your key responsibilities will be**:
Together with the marketing and commercial team you will execute a sales enablement program. The topics encompass: building, improving and nurturing pre-sales material presentations, driving sales processes, CRM, funnel, reporting and possibility sales training.
You will develop and set up a data-driven approach to drive the sales discussions.
You will further develop the usage of our CRM to ensure the proper tracking as well as forecasting allowing better commercial decisions.
**Additional responsibilities will also include the following**:
You will conduct market research to identify potential customers and contacts.
You will build up a high-quality pipeline of leads by reaching out and meeting potential customers.
You will participate in the industry's most important conferences and webinars. Who you are
You have an engineering background (strict requirement).
You have a good understanding of the simulation (CAD/CAE) space.
You have sales enablement experience.
You have a good understanding of Machine Learning and AI.
You have business confidence, entrepreneurial spirit, and high energy.
You are motivated, detail-oriented, enjoy solving difficult problems and willing to engage in unknown territory.
