‍‍ **As an Application Operation And Incident Manager at Ivy Partners, you will be responsible for**:

- Devise and oversee plans for responding to incidents, guaranteeing the prompt and efficient resolution of issues to reduce the impact on business operations.
- Spearhead the reaction to critical incidents, orchestrating cross-functional teams and engaging stakeholders to mitigate and resolve problems.

**About You**

You are our Holy Grail if **technically**
- You have a great understanding of IT architecture principles and best practices.
- You have experience in managing and leading teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and accountability.
- You have excellent knowledge of problem-solving methodology (Fishbone, 5 Whys, etc.), with the ability to lead and guide teams through complex incidents and operational challenges.

And if **humanly**:

- You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- You are open-minded and capable of proposing continuous improvements.
- You have strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
