For one of our clients in Nord Vaudois area, we are recruiting an Information Security SecOps Manager who is open-minded and client-oriented, is passionate about his work, who believes in success and has a strong team spirit. **Responsibilities**:
As an Information Security SecOps Manager you lead and manage a Security Operations team (building a SOC and running platforms operations). You are responsible for developing the team, oversee security operation and ensure the organization's information assets are protected. You provide structure, guidance and performance evaluations. You proactively identify and respond to security incidents.
Profile:
- Bachelor in IT
- At least 8 years experience in security
- At least 2 years as a manager
- Experience in implemeting a 24/7 SOC
- CISSP, CISM, SANS GIAC a plus
- Excellent knowledge in security operation / incident responses
- Expertise in implementing processes and tools (SOC/CSIRT, SIEM, XDR, EDR)
- Good knowledge in securing and managing platforms (cloud-based and on-premises systems)
- English. French, a plus
