Combining deep expertise in life sciences and mathematical modeling, we bring to market data analytics solutions to support healthcare professionals in better diagnosing and treating patients. Our mission is to provide equal access to knowledge and capabilities by democratizing data-driven medicine. We are unlocking data silos and leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) to draw insights from complex data sets to improve diagnosis, treatment, analysis, and drug development.
- This role can be based from any of our three main corporate offices - Boston MA USA, Lausanne Switzerland or Bidart France._

**Your Mission**:
The Head of Information Security is responsible for company Information Security management, including regular performance of risk assessments, risk reporting, and tracking of relevant issues, and resolution of action plans. Additionally the role is responsible for the definition and implementation of Information Security best practices and information management Standard Operating Procedures, as well as the identification, implementation, and management of information security software tools for the protection of company assets. This role tracks and manages the resolution of all Information Security incidents, leads and supports Information Security audits, and informs secure software engineering best practices.

Leading our Information Security team ,You will report to our Chief Regulatory Officer and work as a close partner to our Chief Technology Officer and technology teams.
**Requirements**:
To succeed in this role, we see you bringing a solid career history within Information Security (C.10+ Years) coupled with:

- Industry experience within healthcare, life science, medical software or pharmaceutical with a robust understanding of Health Information & Data protection regulations is critical.
- Bachelor in Engineering, Information Technology, Information Security or Similar.
- Expert knowledge of Information Security Governance, Compliance, Risk Assessment and ISMS Management.
- Understanding of major software architectures, including operating within cloud and distributed computing networks
- ISO 27001, HIPAA and GDPR knowledge essential.
- Expert in many of the following domains: Penetration testing & audit; Systems hardening; Vulnerability management; Security incident management; Secure development; Endpoint protection; Security Monitoring
- Knowledge of HITRUST, OSCP, SSCP, CISSP, CISM and CISA beneficial.
- Experience of working in a global or international environment beneficial, with dual exposure to EMEA and NORAM highly sought.
