**About the role**:
The Strong Network team is looking for a talented and experienced Head of Marketing to join our team with diverse expertise and experience in a creative and international environment.

As a Head of Marketing working in an agile team, you have an entrepreneurial spirit, excellent interpersonal skills, a can-do mentality, and an autonomous, creative and self-motivated mindset. Your writing skills are impeccable, and you can build a clear narrative around the organization's goals and the product benefits. Your role will be to explain the values of our platform to customers through articles and publications and be familiar with the needs of the code development and data science communities. Additionally, you will lead presentations for business development and be involved in meetings with key business stakeholders, particularly at C-level. As a Head of Marketing, you will keep track of industry trends, markets, and competitors' activities and serve as a business representative at industry conferences, seminars, and trade shows.
We move quickly and make changes continuously, so we expect our Head of Marketing to initiate and oversee the development and implementation of all our marketing ideas, such as company message and brand, website, public SaaS, sales kits, customer presentations, etc.

This position is located in Lausanne and will be on-site.

**Your main duties and responsibilities will include**:

- Developing innovative marketing and branding strategies by collaborating with executives from all departments;- Keeping track of all marketing activities, reviewing results, and reporting RO;- Conducting a strategic marketing analysis to make marketing messages more effective;- Assessing the effectiveness of all marketing strategies and plans and reporting on their implementation;- Conceptualizing, designing, and implementing marketing plans and strategies, product concepts, and promotional programs to drive interest and sales, reach new market segments, and expand market share;- Enhancing the company's marketing outreach efforts and communicating the company's marketing goals across the organization;- By demonstrating the company's values, promoting strong and inspiring leadership in the entire team, as well as identifying, monitoring, and reporting on team goals;- Five (5) years of experience in Marketing, preferably within the software industry;
- Recognized achievements in utilizing digital marketing tools and managing 360° marketing campaigns;
- Experience in managing, creating, and distributing content and making marketing communication more relevant to our target audience;
- Ability to analyze data and implement communication metrics, KPIs, and tracking;
- An in-depth understanding of web analytics and Google Adwords;
- Possess strong leadership skills with the ability to prioritize and set goals;
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a relevant field;
- Excellent written and oral English language communication skills.
