About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Advisor to join our team at Gi Group SA. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for representing our company with clients in our boutique/stores, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales:
    • Achieve personal sales goals
    • Develop and maintain thorough product knowledge
    • Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating the needs of the client and working to exceed their expectations
    • Maximize sales performance by establishing strong relationships and gaining insight into the needs and lifestyle of the client
    • Develop an active, repeat customer base
    • Maintain accurate, detailed clientele book
    • Provide feedback to store manager on merchandise trends, missed opportunities, and issues related to fit and quality
    • Ensure appropriate sales floor coverage and comply with all loss prevention procedures to ensure integrity of inventory
    • Ensure a respectful selling environment at all times
  • Requirements:
    • 5 years or experience in the role
    • Strong sense of aesthetics and passion for luxury
    • Customer-oriented approach
    • Natural selling abilities
    • Detail-oriented, precise, reliable, and able to manage stress
    • Strong computer skills and ability to work effectively with Microsoft Office and Outlook; SAP Retail experience preferred
    • Fluent knowledge of German and English
    • Fluency in other languages will be an appreciated plus
