About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at PostFinance Ltd. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our financial institution clients, identifying growth opportunities, and executing sales activities in correspondent banking and international payment services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of PostFinance's products and services to effectively communicate value to clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales activities
  • Provide exceptional client service and support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to remain competitive

Requirements

  • Higher education in a relevant field, such as economics, banking, and finance, or business administration
  • International experience in the payments and banking industry, with strong skills in FX, cash management, and corporate banking
  • Several years of professional experience in relationship management and/or product sales management, preferably with corporates or financial institutions
  • High client focus, sales skills, and service orientation to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders and clients
  • Good analytical skills and advanced knowledge of common IT applications
  • Entrepreneurial behavior with a hands-on mentality and the ability to take ownership of projects
  • Strong language capabilities in English and German, with all other languages being preferred skills
