International Sales Relationship Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at PostFinance Ltd. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our financial institution clients, identifying growth opportunities, and executing sales activities in correspondent banking and international payment services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of PostFinance's products, services, and systems to identify growth opportunities and meet customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institution clients, including evaluating and supporting key PostFinance partners.
- Execute sales activities in correspondent banking and international payment services, including negotiating and closing deals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as product management, innovation & technology, legal & compliance, operations, and other client and sales support teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure PostFinance remains competitive in the market.
Requirements
- Higher education in economics, banking and finance, business administration, or equivalent.
- International experience in the payments and banking industry, with strong skills in FX, cash management, and corporate banking.
- Several years of professional experience in relationship management and/or product sales management, preferably to corporates or financial institutions.
- High client focus, sales skills, and service orientation to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Very good presentation and communication skills, including interacting with senior stakeholders and clients.
- Good analytical skills and advanced knowledge of common IT applications.
- Entrepreneurial behavior with a hands-on mentality and the attitude to take ownership for projects.
- Strong language capabilities in English and German, with all other languages being preferred skills.
