Territory Manager for Central Europe

We are seeking a Territory Manager for Central Europe to lead the sales of our cutting-edge laboratory equipment for the next generation of alternatives to animal testing.



This innovative role will be based in the territory and will involve leveraging your strong biology knowledge and business acumen to build successful account and territory plans, translate territory strategy into business results, and consistently and accurately manage the sales process.



You will be responsible for demonstrating technical credibility to consult with customers on our solutions, evangelizing our cutting-edge technology, and aligning and tuning our business plan to meet or exceed business goals for the assigned territory.



Key Responsibilities


  • Demonstrate technical credibility to consult with customers on our solutions
  • Evangelize our cutting-edge technology
  • Consistently and accurately manage the sales process
  • Align and tune our business plan to meet or exceed business goals for the assigned territory
  • Employ outstanding communication skills to keep both internal and external stakeholders informed
  • Liaise fully with the marketing team to design and execute short and long-term marketing campaigns
  • Represent Nagi at trade shows, conferences, and events, as appropriate


Requirements


  • Master's degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related field; or the equivalent knowledge and experience
  • Demonstrable previous multi-year sales experience in Life Science
  • Ability to travel as needed to be successful in this field-based role
  • Proven success in selling capital equipment
  • Strong desire to win business and establish long-term customer relationships
  • Work cooperatively with colleagues to foster a positive company culture
  • Fluent in German and English
