Snowboard Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Snowboard Sales Development Manager to join our team in Rolle, Switzerland.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for supporting the sales forces and managing customer service for the European market. Your primary goal will be to work closely with the sales representatives and retailers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.

The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and commercial management, particularly in the outdoor sports industry. Fluency in English and French is essential, with additional languages such as Spanish, Italian, and German being an asset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Process and manage orders using our ERP system (Netsuite) to guarantee accuracy and efficiency.
  • Invoicing: Collaborate with our accounting team to handle invoicing, ensuring timely and accurate billing for customers.
  • Delivery Supervision: Work closely with our logistics team and third-party logistics providers (3PL) to oversee deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate shipment of products.
  • Customer Service & Warranties: Manage and supervise customer service and warranty processes with our team in Rolle, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Event Planning: Organize and participate in sales events, including snowboard tests and promotional events, to promote our products and engage with customers.

Product and Customer Data Management: Maintain and manage product and customer data using our ERP system, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for the sales team.

Requirements
  • Commercial Apprenticeship Diploma or Equivalent: Required for this role.
  • Experience in Outdoor Sports Sales: Essential, with a strong background in snowboarding and skateboarding an advantage.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and French, with additional languages such as Spanish, Italian, and German being beneficial.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Strong skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required.
  • Willingness to Travel: Expected to travel within Switzerland, work during some weekends, and handle high-density work in winter.
  • Personal Interest in Outdoor Sports: A genuine passion for the industry and a willingness to learn.
