Outdoors Sales Representative

Take your sales career to the next level in our dynamic and passionate team as an Outdoors Sales Representative. Located in Rolle, Switzerland, you will be working closely with our European sales forces to drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
This is a challenging role that requires strong commercial skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. As an Outdoors Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing orders, deliveries, and customer service for our European market.
You will work closely with our sales reps and retailers to identify new business opportunities, develop relationships, and drive revenue growth. Your expertise in outdoor sports, particularly snowboarding and skateboarding, will be valuable assets in this role.
Key Responsibilities- Support the sales force in managing the back office, including order management, invoicing, delivery supervision, and customer service.
- Collaborate with our logistics team to ensure timely and accurate shipments of products.
- Participate in sales events, including snowboard tests and promotional events, to promote our products and engage with customers.
- A Commercial apprenticeship diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in sales of outdoor sports; snowboard and skateboard experience is an advantage.
- Fluent in English and French (speaking and writing); Spanish, Italian, and/or German is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland, work during some weekends, and handle high-density work in winter.
- Personal interest in outdoor sports and industry awareness.
- A competitive salary of approximately CHF 60,000 per year.
