Job Description:
The Operations Director for Sports Infrastructure will lead and optimize the daily operations of our expanding network, ensuring seamless maintenance and smooth delivery of services. This role oversees field operations, customer support, and strategic planning to drive growth and efficiency.
Main Responsibilities- Field Operations Management: Oversee performance of hubs and stations, ensuring daily operations run smoothly.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute operational plans for hub installations and maintenance, defining priorities and allocating resources effectively.
Hub Installations: Manage new hub deployments, ensuring timely and high-quality installations.
Procedure Development: Update and optimize operational procedures for customer service and hubs.
Reporting:
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on operational KPIs and team performance.
- Report on hub performance for stakeholders, maintaining transparency and confidence.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with Sales to coordinate new hub launches.
- Partner with Software development to provide field feedback and improve app functionality.
- Collaborate with Hardware teams to identify issues, test fixes, and roll out updates.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in operations management, ideally in fast-growing or multi-site environments.
- Strong leadership skills with diverse team management and priority setting.
- Exceptional organizational and planning capabilities.
- Analytical mindset, comfortable with data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with cross-functional experience.
