We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Rolle, Switzerland. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with one of the fastest-growing brands in the board sport and snowboarding industry.

Job DescriptionThis role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing orders, deliveries, and customer service for the European market. Additionally, this role involves close collaboration with our sales force, logistics team, and third-party logistics providers (3PL) to ensure timely and accurate shipment of products.
Key Responsibilities- Order Management: Process and manage orders using our ERP system (Netsuite) to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Invoicing: Collaborate with our accounting team to handle invoicing, ensuring timely and accurate billing for customers.
- Delivery Supervision: Work closely with our logistics team and 3PL to oversee deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate shipment of products.
- Customer Service & Warranties: Manage and supervise customer service and warranty processes with our team in Rolle, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
This role also involves organization and participation in sales events, including snowboard tests and promotional events, to promote our products and engage with customers.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should possess a commercial apprenticeship diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in sales of outdoor sports, particularly snowboard and skateboard experience, is an advantage. Fluency in English and French is required, with Spanish, Italian, and/or German being a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) is also essential. We offer a competitive salary package, which includes a minimum annual gross salary of €45,000 based on a 40-hour workweek, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
